Bylaws and Policies

The bylaws of the Western Connecticut Youth Hockey Association (WCYHA) outline how the Board conducts business, the roles of WCYHA administration, how the WCYHA manages finances, and more. These rules can be found in the below linked document and should be read by any person looking to volunteer or work for the WCYHA.

The WCYHA policies govern the activities of players, coaches, parents, and board members. The policies are individualized to specific areas of scope and are reviewed by a subcommittee of the WCYHA board, modified as needed, then brought to the board for final approval. WCYHA policies are created in concert with USA Hockey and CHC (Connecticut Hockey Conference) guidelines.
